Is my item in stock?
If you can add it to your basket, then yes it's in stock.
Stock levels are maintained centrally and are reflected across all our selling channels.
That said we are only human and from time to time there may be an inaccuracy, which if this affects you, we can only apologise for.
Do I get a FREE cable storage bag with my order?
All plug to plug cables come with a FREE carry bag, the size of the bag depends on the length of the cable. Generally all cables up to 15 metres in length will fit our one size cable storage bag.
Additional EV cable carry bags are available to purchase from our website.
Note: Tethered cables, chargers or accessories are excluded from this offer, unless otherwise stated.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we do.
EU countries carriage charges are built into the checkout process and vary from country to country.
For countries outside the EU, prices will need to be checked as and when there is demand. Please contact us if you are outside of the EU and we will provide a carriage cost at time of request.
Please note due to current transportation costs and associated surcharges, both UK and International carriage charges are subject to change without notice.
Who do you use for delivery?
We're all too familiar with the horror stories you read about when online stores try to penny pinch on delivery costs. For us your purchase experience doesn't stop at the checkout, that's why we've partnered with the industries best providers to ensure you receive the best possible purchase experience to your door.
EVSTOR only use Royal Mail or DPD for domestic carriage, who you get largely depends on size and weight and is factored into the checkout process.
When will my order be delivered?
We use 1st class or next day services depending on the carrier. This typically excludes weekend delivery, this is however subject to the carriers discretion. Please note some postcode areas may result in longer delivery timescales.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the major credit card issuers, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We've recently added the option to pay using Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as the ability to spread payments using Klarna.
You can also choose to pay by PayPal if that suits.
How much does it cost for delivery?

Can I track my order?
Yes you can.
Once your shipping status has been confirmed you will be provided with a tracking link in the updated order confirmation, sent the email address associated with the order. Follow the link in the email for more information.
Alternatively, if you created an account as part of the checkout process, you can log into your account, select Your Orders, navigate to Recent Status Changes, and click on the tracking link provided.
I ordered by mistake, can I return my unwanted goods?
Under the distance selling act we are obliged to take returns within 14 days of purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us, after which we aim to complete the refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.
That said, there are certain goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including custom made or personalised goods.
Please note: All returned items must be unopened, unused, with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refund where the item has been used or damaged. We also reserve the right to refund should the item go missing in return transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are received by us, we therefore recommend that you use an appropriate tracking service with sufficient cover in place. Furthermore we reserve the right to return any item deemed used or without original packaging, and charge you to cover the cost of any return.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes we do.
For our plug to plug and portable cables we provide a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects as standard. Please see our exclusions below.
For accessories we provide a 1 year warranty.
Our warranty commences from the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice.
Exclusions:
The warranties do not apply to any breach caused by: (a) damage as a result of misuse; (b) general wear and tear; or where failure to charge as a direct result of water damage or corrosion applies.

How do I return a faulty item under warranty?
If a product is faulty with a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will accept returns. Please contact us in the first instance to help troubleshoot the problem, and where necessary initiate the returns process.
Please note, we will examine the item(s) or we may have to return them to the manufacturer for examination. Where applicable a refund will be provided to you within 14 days of the day that we agree that you are entitled to a refund.
