We hope you are happy with your new purchase and that it will help you enjoy your EV experience. If for any reason your purchase isn't what you're after, then don't hesitate to return it to us.

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, as new, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

To obtain a refund in full for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition (and amount) as when it was received.

To use your right to return your item, you must therefore return the item in its original packaging. You may of course unpack the item to examine it but be careful with the original packaging when you unpack it, until you are certain that you wish to keep it. The packaging is a significant part of the item and is crucial for it to be intact an in a resalable condition on return.

Please do not use tape, parcel labels or other material directly on the original packaging.

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused, as new, and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to send the item properly returned. This means that the packaging of the product must be protected during  return transport. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 10 GBP if the item has not been protected in the return shipment and the packaging is damaged.

We recommend you use a service that can provide proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until we receive your parcel. 

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

Want to exchange an item?

We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of delivery, providing you have proof of purchase, so please remember to hang on to your delivery note!

Carriage costs related to the returned and subsequent exchanged item shall  be borne by the customer.

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will pay the costs of return postage. Exclusions

Please bear in mind that we can't offer a refund or an exchange on certain products, unless faulty or not as described. For a full list of exclusions see below.

  • Where products have been personalised, or made to customer’s specifications.
  • Where repairs or alternations have been made.
  • Where the returned product(s) have visible signs of use, damage (as a result of inappropriate use), or have been subjected to normal wear and tear.
  • Where visible signs of water damage or corrosion exist.
  • Where no return reference is found. Note: No returns can be accepted without prior engagement. To avoid disappointment, please contact us to initiate a return.

 

Changes to the Returns policy

We may revise this Returns policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make. Some of the provisions contained in this Returns policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
